[feature request] Accept changes of cnc_tips.txt without restart of the program #34

After change a cnc_tips.txt file, I must restart program to allow usage of new changes. If file is changed just little bit, then this restart is not a problem. If file is changed very often (I write tooltip to new undocumented CNC, so I put changes in the file by little portions in different places of the file), then restart program is delays me up to 50% of work time.

Please, add procedure, which monitor changes of cnc_tips.txt files (minimum are: program path .config/gcodeworkshop/, and current project path .config/gcodeworkshop/), then reload new version of the file, reset old tooltip configuration and apply new version of tooltips configuration.

The tooltips are loaded every time when you open an .nc file or when you change the syntax highlighting type. So I can recommend to switch the syntax highlighting type to a different one and then go back to the previous highlighting.
