Can't dowload ps1 or PS2 game ART #63

hi

the PFS can't conect to the ART download page but the applications download works

Download the ART.zip file and place it in the root of the PFS-BatchKit-Manager folder. The program will detect the zip and use it instead of the server which may or may not be online at certain times. https://www.mediafire.com/file/gyb60y1g13wrdl2/ART.zip/file
