Creates Jupyter notebooks with tutorials on how to use pyobs utilities to sample GEOS simulations and compare to CALIPSO and DC-8 observations. Fixes some issues in calipso_l1p5 and calipso_l2 readers. Added the script lite_install for external users utilizing GMAOpyobs on unsupported systems. Updates README to reflect this.

I know in my brain GitHub can display Python notebooks on browser, but it still surprises me every time 😄
