According to this discussion, the simplest way out would be if the GFA-DIU was a company account that has signed the corporate terms of license. Would this by any chance be the case ? Otherwise we will simply have to see what it means to host on hostinger ? Do we have to go through the full docker pain or is it more straight forward ?

I like this solution. And as contact the person should be directed to the discussions forum or simply open an issue. This makes the request also more transparent for everyone....
For hosting we need a GDPR compliant server. GFA could offer to use its France-based Hostinger server.
To deploy this outside of github, we need to build the project and serve the files. We can do this automatically through GitHub Actions, I believe.
Any thoughts?
