Renaming of OhsomeQgis, general tidyup, rename Plugin #25

This PR does several things:

tries to tidy up the several occurances of “Ohsome” in the plugin (closes #23)
renames the plugin (closes #10)
adds a support mail (closes #20)
does a general tidy up

When reviewing the PR, it might be useful to look at the commits after each other, as I tried to separate the changes a little bit :)

Some remarks:

The changes are not tested yet, as most changes were in the documentation.
There are still several python classes starting with OhsomeQgis. Maybe these could be renamed as well in this PR.

@joker234 As you wrote in yout top comment there were still some things to rename. It should be done by now!
