I was confused by step 4 in the Read.me. It read as mandatory so I blindly copied the steps into Cygwin Terminal. That seemed to cause errors later. Then I retried without this step and it worked fine.

PS: thank you for this wonderful tool - once I got past that confusion it worked very nicely for me.
