Use more generic relationship properties in Base ontology #137

Suggestion from GLEIF is to change the properties in the Base ontology to hasSource and hasTarget but, in L2 to still use the names hasParent (as a sub-property of hasTarget) and hasChild (as a sub-property of hasSource).
