To be a good exemplar I omitted the OtherLegalForm of OTHER for BlackRock and MF, since they had a proper ELF code: `

Changes made. Note that this exercise surfaced some L2 problems with Periods (reported via email) which were fixed in the samples. The Citi entities are: Citigroup Inc Citicorp LLC Citibank, National Association The Eagle Tax-Exempt Trust Series 20170009 (a fund)
