Better reservation problem report #8

Currently, the only information we provide to users when a reservation is on ERROR is: "Telescope problem". This is confusing because sometimes the reason for the ERROR is that the telescope is doing some other task (GRB).

It is best to let users know a more precise info in order they can receive a better impression of our telescopes.

On 10-06-2014, BOOTES-2 was closed due to bad weather (clouds and rain) but the status shown on the pending reservation list was CLEAR. (The user could access the reservation but the dome was closed).

I confirm this because I connected and saw clouds. On the other hand I could not use BART too, and I only got the usual "Telescope problem" that does not tell me anything.
