Deploys several demos to shinyapps.io for live access

Created "gmod" account under my email to do so. Let's you have five running apps on free account, so tries to consolidate the demos to that number

Includes app from @carolinebridge-oicr that is currently in the embedded_demos folder, but copied back to here. Can link to it from embedded_components page in docs though
