No LSB modules are available. Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 14.10 Release: 14.10 Codename: utopic

I cant figure this one out. When i run make I get the error "Makefile:54: *\ missing separator. Stop."

Any ideas how I can resolve this?
