Enable ManagedAlloc functions
Add ManagedMalloc and NonManagedMalloc test case
Fix all the warning in Orochi
Cleanup -Times for Test case -Managed Memory kernelExec: 302.70ms -Non Managed Memory kernelExec: 207.76ms (64 WG, 64 WG_SIZE, RX 6800 XT, Rocm 5.4.2)

Test case basically streams 64MB of data.
