Clarify purpose of annotation elements #23

businessScenarios - is it - serviceInteraction Nail down where does "exchange partner" go?

ExchnagePartner populates the metadata file. Exchange partners are also elements under UseCase (Real world effect) and ServiceInteraction::Participant.

ServiceInteraction seems under specified as the business scenario, it should probably reference operations as flows. Need to discuss relationship between: SDD business scenario flows, data inputs/outputs, action model

Current data in the model to support the above includes ServiceInteraction (with participants) and the inputs/outputs that can be implied from the interfaces.
