Mapping and improving road attributes related to covered and lit roads, speed bumps and road smoothness in Philippines

[GRABOSM]

Objective: The goal is to improve the attributes related to highways that are covered or lit, road smoothness and speed bumps.

Regions we are reviewing/mapping: Starting with the following city [cities]:

• Metro Manila
• Cebu

Workflow: We will use the following tags:

• For roads that are covered, we will use the covered=* tag
• For roads that are lit, we will use the lit=* tag
• For road smoothness, we will use the smoothness=* tag
• For speed bumps, we will use the traffic_calming=* tag on the node

Validation: We'll be following the validation guidelines mentioned in our wiki: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Grab#Quality_Process
