GEANT4 Bug with E0 Transitions #62

Just a heads up there is a known bug in GEANT4 10.04 with E0 transitions. There is a spurious gamma for E0 transitions where it should only be a conversion electron. I have attached the bug report.

I figured I should post it here for general awareness.

Double checking it looks like this issue is in geant4.10.03 and can be solved by fixing the PhotonEvaporation data files.
