[x] Get fully incorporated into the GSA HVA Program

Inquired about HVA Training and nothing is available in FY24 nor is there a waitlist. Recommendation from the CISA AES Training team is to continue to monitor http://www.cisa.gov/aes for any changes. Adding a monthly check to my calendar.

No further actions at this time, will be closing.
