Dataset Extent - Update Bbox #520

To fix the issue with dataset extent improperly displaying locations, we need to split the bbox into two boxes and send two queries to get correct spatial query results for bbox covering long180 lines.

No update from CKAN team on the issue, it will require understanding of the CKAN spatial library completely to change the queries and fix it, moving it to 2.14

@hkdctol Will check, the second part of the issue might need a fix.
