• We will post this video on GSA’s public YouTube and embed the link on beta.Notify.gov
• We will need sign-off from TTS Outreach and OSC/Jeff White, who owns the Youtube channel.
• We will need to fill out OSC’s video upload form
• We will transcribe the video once recorded for accessibility purposes.
• We will have accurate closed captions and a transcript available.
• Our script will also be written in a way that visually describes what we are looking at on each page.
• We will add timestamps/descriptions for each of the numbered sections so viewers can skip to key parts
• Cathy Beil - Q2AAFDA will record and the Clearing (Morsal) will help us edit, prepare for posting, and (Daniela Vasquez - QQC-C and Molly Manolis - QQC-C) move through the GSA approval process.
