I'm actually finding a lot of these by filtering the data to primary scan = timeout, and the rest of the scans being complete

Three options for progress in this realm:

• increasing number of sites that have primary scans complete instead of give a timeout error
• capture more fields of data (e.g. Page title, page description, http status code, etc [basically the urlScan fields]) even if the scan times out
• identify what about the page's code or behavior is causing the timeout so I can tell the owner why our scanner is failing on it.
