Administrator | Automatically Archiving Empty Profiles

For users that provide a valid email address but do not attempt or finish a quiz, purging the information.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Create mechanism for automatically identifying "empty" accounts.
• [ ] Automatically deletes emails without quiz results.
• [ ] Mechanism runs once a month.
• [ ] Deletes emails that have been "empty" for more than 2 weeks.
• [ ] Do not remove users with reporting access or admin users.

@A-L33 How would this impact those users that have reporting privileges? Maybe these users don't take quizzes, but run reports. Perhaps these type of users should not be purged. Thoughts?

We should write in a login criteria in addition to quizzes to avoid the situation you describe.
