Customizable Training Report for A/OPC

• An A/OPC user should only be able to select the Agency to which they have report access from the Agency drop-down.
• An A/OPC user should be able to select a Bureau associated with their Agency to which they have report access. Note: not all Agencies will have Bureaus.
• An A/OPC user should only be able to see data from the Agency/Bureau(s) they have reporting access to.
• An A/OPC user should be able to select one or more bureaus to which they have reporting access.

Testing Note: Verify that data isn't returned in the report for Agencies/Bureau(s) that the reporting user does not have access to.

A decision from today's client meeting: The ability for a reporting user to filter the list of bureaus they have reporting access to is ‘nice to have' but not required for report implementation. Dan will investigate the effort to implement and report to the GSPCS team.
