A customer provided an updated link for the California tax page. I don't think the link's text has to change, just the URL for the update. At your earliest convenience, could you please update the URL from https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/formspubs/pub102/#bankcards to https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/formspubs/pub102/us-government-bank-cards.htm?
