XNAT work instruction review

Having used the already brilliantly detailed work instruction, I have the some suggestions:

Could a link to an example CSV upload file be include, showing the required headings, formats (.csv/.txt) ?
the link to the XNAT website for uploading csv's is broken.
ensure the Subjects names are unique AND the session names are unique. As in, all subjects in your project can have the sessions with the same name eg. "RT-MRI" needs to be RT_MRI001 for subject 001, RT_MRI002 for subject 002. (could this be a bug in the XNAT Software?)
You dont need to assign a new project to the subjects in pre-archive, if you select "Import from PACS" in your project. saves a bit of effort!
