Seq Lab: Bugfix in Recieve Library Pools pipeline script #436

In seq_receive_library_pools.py, newly created libraries for ingested pools do not belong to an experiment, and thus do not belong to a project. So when it comes time to generate the Illumina Runsheet, there is no project listed.

Will need to create a custom endpoint in invokables.py to add newly-created libraries to the experiment (and thus the project).

Checked with Matt on 8/14/2024 and he has not encountered this issue, so it may not need to be addressed.
