(Edited to correct that it does in fact happen in creative world as well as survival) I have my inventory open, and when pressing space I can fly. This even works while I have the search bar selected, it types the space, but also makes me elevate. In the video, when I turn my jetpack off and hover over those words with my mouse, it won't let me jump even, let alone fly. As soon as I turn it back on, it happens again.

What isn't shown in the video is that my power keeps flickering on the chestplate between 25/27 and 26/27 constantly, multiple times a second, even when it's off/I'm on the ground. This transfers to my helmet if I take my chestplate off. It doesn't transfer to my legs or boots if I take both the helmet and chest plate off.

I have restarted my game, my computer, and even tested in a creative world. This doesn't happen in a 2.5.1 copy (what I just upgraded from), but it does happen in the creative test world on 2.6.1.

The Reality

Obviously I changed some setting, but I can't figure out what. I haven't changed anything to do with the gameplay itself, but I'm willing to send my whole install as is if that helps.

Your Proposal

Please help me not fly. It doesn't hurt me, just very annoying and jarring. I'm not annoyed by anyone, nor do I think the game has problems. Just looking for help and the Discord didn't know :)
