Extremely low tps in The End

The Reality

I try to get in the end, when i reach it,everything is lagging, the TPS is very low. It's some numbers like 1.07 or even lower but the fps is normal

I hope things work well on my computer. My computer is a M1 mac

as I understand this is caused by falling obsidian and should resolve itself pretty much instantly, well maybe slower on some systems.

I thought there were tickets about it already, but I cant find anything right now either.
