Monasterium Compatibility: Write back port TEI_CEI -> CEI #50
Since Monasterium can only display CEI at the moment, and the CEI is less-restrictive than TEI_CEI, write back port of TEI_CEI as as temporary workaround for display of charters direct-encoded in the TEI P5 using TEI_CEI.
