Media Queries: Navbar too Big #17

The navbar is double stacking on a certain media query. This seems to only be a problem on chrome when the screen is narrow enough to use the media query.

This happens when the screen is resized from non-mobile categories (cats listed in text along the nav bar rather than hidden in the menu) to mobile category menu. Every browser but firefox has this occurrence.
