After reconsideration, I decided that I would prefer project contributors to leave traces of their contributions in my project. In addition, since I am not very familiar with the use of an online translation hosting platform, I do not plan to host the translated content of my project to this platform for the time being.

Previous .resw files required tools and plug-ins such as Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code to provide a more user-friendly interface, but were not very convenient to use for users who did not have these tools. Therefore, I decided to switch the translation format of my project to a more convenient .resjson format, so that you can translate directly in a text editor such as Notepad.

The general availability of .NET 9 is expected this week, and updates to other related toolchains, such as the Windows App SDK and WinUI 2, may also occur. After the official release of these tools, I plan to update the project's dependencies and release a new version. In addition, this new version will also include some fixes that I have made during this time, which will be mentioned in the release notes.
