[BUG] Update the icon of twitter

Description

Update the icon of twitter with the with the hover effect and color effect on the hovering the icon.

Steps to Reproduce

In the footer section there is the old logo of twitter and there is no hover effect on the social media logo, I can adjust it by the hovering with the hovering and color effect.

Expected Behavior

I have to fixed the issues.

Actual Behavior

there is no effect on hovering on the icon and there is no color effect on the icon.
