Add "slime" surfaceparam keyword to game_wolfet q3map2 for Quake 3 map/bsp shader compatibility. #45

Should be same as CONTENTS_SLAG

Useful for Enemy Territory Fortress mod which uses basically Q3 maps anyway whether it be map file recompile or bsp to bsp ports.

Added, note, this only works in map recompile scenario.
