Added children device options to multi relay configs #4

Leaves you with two buttons for creating and removing children, but has no impact on the existing devices if not using the children devices

I've approved the changes but I need to test them out so you won't find them on the distribution point. In the next day or two I think.

No problems, me too tbh! Didn't properly set it up so still making life difficult for myself with the web interface! Hence multiple commits for each device! Could probably make the number of child switches a variable and use a single device handler for all.
