"Visit on Site" link doesn't open in a new tab/window when using tabular inlines

Unlike its equivalent for stacked inlines, the "Visit on Site" link for tabular 
inlines simply opens its target page in the same browser tab or window than the 
current object itself (effectively causing all unsaved changes to the original 
object to be lost).

Fix attached.
