Phone numbers have a maximum length of 16. This phone number if way longer than 16, and should be invalidated.

This is a feature inherited from addressbook. The feature is the same.

This flaw is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product and also appears only in very rare situations. Hence, severity is reduced.
