They use /etc/dnsmasq.d/ for their DHCP config, this is their format for static leases:

dhcp-host=00:1D:C0:77:C9:C9,192.168.1.14,envoy dhcp-host=48:E1:E9:18:F3:02,192.168.1.182,Meross_Smart_Plug
