Add support for buttons in configuration UI & Add Shop data mapping #48

Adds button support to Configuration UI
Maps SHOP and Shop for use in the code
Adds a copy shop button to the wiki data collection plugin

The button requires the shop to be open. Quantity of items may not be the shop's original stock and prices are only available if you have the items in your inventory.
