Investigate centreing the design matrix #401

Noticed the following in the brms documentation:

Indicates if the population-level design matrix should be centered, which usually increases sampling efficiency. See the 'Details' section for more information. Defaults to TRUE for distributional parameters and to FALSE for non-linear parameters.

Maybe be worth looking into for survival design matrix

Key bit is:

FALSE for non-linear parameters.

Which kinda rules us out
