Update software versions
Update read QC to include adapter trimming (sections merged)
Add code for lessons in sequence (scaffolds and reads) classification (assembly evaluation) and signal peptide annotation.
Split virus lessons to 2 days
- Day 2: Identify viral sequences and send VirSorter2 and CheckV jobs
- Day 3: Explore outputs and viral taxonomy
