New term proposal : isotope #576

New term details For us to assess a new term request we require the following details:

Term name - isotope
Structured comment name - isotope
Definition - The target isotope for measurement in the experimental sample. List both the element and the atomic mass.
Expected value - 13C, 15N, 2H, or 18O 
Value syntax - enumeration, 13C | 15N | 2H | 18O 
Example - 13C or 13C | 15N
Preferred unit -  NA
Package(s) - new checklist term applicable to all packages / extensions

Additional context multi_valued = true

Do those 4 expected values make a comprehensive list? or are there others that we should consider adding for completeness and future-proofing?

the manuscript says that this field must be supplied for the "experiment" and the "control" fractions. I think that needs further discussion as its not intuitive to me to include a value here for the control sample. It may be appropriate to consider the inclusion of the negative control term (MIXS:0001321) in the MISIP as well?

@only1chunts I think we should have a MISIP term request review meeting. Just to go over some of these. I'll work on consolidating and getting an agenda together. Maybe we can commandeer one of the TWG meetins.
