GLKZ Instrument Respons for HH channels missing prior to 2021-10-24 #110

Hello, I noticed that instrument responses for the HH channels are missing for station GLKZ prior to 2021-10-24 from the Obspy FDSN webservice. Please see the attached image. I believe this information was previously available, at least as of August 2022.

merged by March 2024 -should be fixed
done done done FYI @SquirrelKnight .. fix went into a crack
