Many changes to vanilla install procedure #307

Mostly changes to services, daemonization and configuration.

Before merging, someone (@mattiagiupponi offered) should try the procedure. Note that I had troubles with the Paver commands, when I followed the guide recently. Unfortunately I did not noted the errors, but I think they'll come up again when this is tested.
