Re-enable some warnings that have been disabled in b988f779dcb664a220d2a4f2b1cbe4e7d77569dc, checking whether they are supported or not based on the compiler version

PS:

Wimplicit-fallthrough is included in -Wextra (cf https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Warning-Options.html#index-Wimplicit-fallthrough)
Wmisleading-indentation is included in -Wall (cf https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Warning-Options.html#index-Wmisleading-indentation)
