Validate dashboard #4

Need to wait for car to be made in order to validate this, but I discussed with mechanical and updated our speed formulas and methods of display to now be engine rpm on left dial, cvt ratio on right, and wheel speed on OLED.

need check on mph_10 vs mph as set functions need to take ints, but i removed that stuff like a dum bu

New dashboard pcb's assembled, got bottom LED's working, not for future that green should be on ground which is the right dial's side if you're looking at the dashboard. Also, for soldering the additional smd pins onto the teensy 4.0, would be much easier to use a teensy that doesn't have the main side headers soldered on yet.

Now I need to work on the case and getting it mounted on the car, as well as all wiring and testing xbee coms.

Also for some reason only works with USB power AND battery power, if either is missing it bugs out, should use battery and probe power lines next time.

Diode D1 which powers the teensy is probably backwards, i dont think we have more tho so ill desolder it and flip it and solder it back and see if that works.
