Multi-selection or high-level container interim selection causes blank panel #3

As reported https://github.com/MicronOxford/webtagging/pull/31#issuecomment-142232889

Select dataset->select project->select same dataset. The panel will be correctly blank when project is selected, but should be loaded again when the dataset is reselcted.

Selecting multiple tree nodes causes the panel to become blank, this does not make sense either.

Perhaps this selection should default to default view somehow?
