Updating various tags

It's time again :)

• !!chat as an alias for !!secureprofiles
• !!commandfreezing features HideCommands as an alternative to disable all command suggestions outright
• updated !!api tag with all APIs, linking to the wiki pages for more details
• !!update features the GeyserUpdater plugin
• !!custom tag for information on custom items, blocks, skulls, sounds and glyphs
• !!rpconvert features a useful converter, with an update to the channel link
• !!papi doesn't list the outdated Geyser placeholders tag
• removed invocationtargetexception.tag, not used anymore
• removed !!ai tag
