I handle seeds, not living plants, and I generally have one plant per accession (one jar, or one envelope), and several accessions per species. when someone asks for seeds of a species, I select the accession and its plant, grab an amount of seeds, and send them.
Actual behaviour
when I select a species, the infobox contains this information, which I perceive as misleading.
Expected behaviour
the 'in x accessions' is quite redundant, occupies space and adds nothing.
I would like to see the amount of individual plants, the 'quantity'.
I acknowledge: this information is available if I expand the accession:
at the very least, we could change that '# of Plants' to 'Plant Groups', because that's what we're talking about.
changed to Plant Groups, also informative. if you want to have the living plants, you expand the accession. but not such a big deal, adding this, and it's not what is going to make the software slower.
