Security scanning alerts; blocked by Directory.Build.props are not being currently supported.

Partially implemented in 33b594de63cade3a6a5ceeaafcd0d7fc9ccf4e5d.

Github security reports works as expected, but snyk monitor fails, probably due to above problem

Adding badge now is not possible due the same problem with .props
