Feature: Add ability to download domain data for all participants #295

Feature Details

Per discussion with Jenn and Gosia, they would like the ability to download domain data for all participants from the deep dive app with a button. Button placement TBD.

Potential future state of this button would be to download the data based on a small set of filters, but would need further discussion for this.

It would be easier to use the current filters (ie, site) than not. It will take a while either way, since we'll need to run the fetch function for each subject.

There's a ticket about updating Participant Overview to think first in site and then be filter-able by person. It would be good to decide if we want to do that before implementing this; that format would be much more amenable to download.

Is it OK for us to supply this data via download? I'm not sure about data governance issues at that point.
