Added Mariam as author #175

Added @mariamheikal to the authors list, and drafted the contribution I am aware of. @MaximeLagrange or @giamman , if there are other contributions I am not aware of, please feel free to add commits here :)

Mariam, given the scheme we are using, we would typically need a photo of you (I have put a dummy URL that doesn't point to an existing file, for the moment) if that's fine with you.

I suspect we already discussed this, but it doesn't make sense that pytest fails (or even processes) a pure markdown file
