cannons too strong

despite nerfs they prove to be too strong. a build up of buffs some while ago caused this. heres noting some of them

• damage boost for penetration
• collision instead of raycasting damage

its easy to just slap a few cannons and then melt away your enemy head on. especially with platforms so they cant fight back.
